For OneKey hardware wallet products launched on or after October 1, 2026, users holding OneKey Pro, OneKey Touch, or OneKey Mini crowdfunding eligibility may use the original crowdfunding price of that eligibility to offset the original price of the new product.

The deduction amount is calculated using the following formula:

Final Payable Amount for New Product = Original Price of New Product − Original Price of Crowdfunding Eligibility

Here, the "original price of crowdfunding eligibility" refers to the original price of the eligibility during the crowdfunding campaign, not its current market value, resale price, or any other valuation.

Suppose you hold one OneKey Pro crowdfunding eligibility:

When purchasing this new product, you can use the OneKey Mini crowdfunding eligibility to deduct approximately 149 USD:

Therefore, after verifying the crowdfunding eligibility, the payable amount for the order is: X USD − 149 USD.

The actual deduction amount and final settlement amount are subject to final verification by OneKey customer support.

If you hold multiple qualifying crowdfunding eligibilities, you can combine their original crowdfunding prices to offset the purchase price.

For example, suppose you hold:

When purchasing a new product, you can theoretically receive a cumulative deduction of approximately 105 USD:

Original Price of New Product − Original Price of Mini Crowdfunding Eligibility − Original Price of Touch Crowdfunding Eligibility

The availability of multiple crowdfunding eligibilities, deduction amounts, and the final order total must be verified individually by OneKey customer support based on the order and redemption eligibility.

This policy applies only to OneKey hardware wallet products launched on or after October 1, 2026 (New Products), subject to verification by OneKey customer support.

The deduction amount for new products is calculated based on the original crowdfunding price of the eligibility, not on any current discount prices of the new product, resale prices of the crowdfunding eligibility, or any other market prices.

Crowdfunding eligibilities applicable under this policy include those for OneKey Pro, OneKey Touch, and OneKey Mini. The validity of the crowdfunding eligibility, status of the redemption code, and deductible amount must all be verified by OneKey customer support.

If multiple crowdfunding eligibilities are used, customer support will calculate the cumulative deduction amount based on the eligibility details corresponding to each redemption code. The final deductible amount, order total, and other settlement details are subject to verification by customer support.

Previous redemption rules for OneKey Pro primarily applied to the original redemption scenarios. For new products launched on or after October 1, 2026, the new policy described above shall apply.
