These Terms and Conditions apply to the OneKey BTC Reward promotion offered by ONEKEY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong ("OneKey", "we", "us", or "our"). By participating in the promotion, entering a redemption code, or submitting a receiving address, you agree to these Terms.

Eligible users may receive a crypto reward with a fixed USD value according to the applicable promotion page, product page, reward card, or other official OneKey instructions.

Unless the applicable promotion instructions state otherwise, the reward is currently expected to be distributed as cbBTC on the Base network to the receiving address submitted by the user.

OneKey may change the reward asset, supported network, distribution method, or service provider for operational, security, liquidity, compliance, network-availability, or risk-control reasons. If such a change affects an eligible reward that has not yet been distributed, OneKey will calculate the replacement reward by reference to the fixed USD reward value and the applicable snapshot or conversion rate.

To participate, you must purchase or receive an eligible OneKey product, reward card, or redemption code, and complete the redemption flow in the OneKey App by providing the required redemption code, order number, voucher code, receiving address, or other requested information.

Each redemption code may only be used according to the applicable promotion rules. Used, invalid, revoked, suspicious, or ineligible redemption codes cannot be redeemed. OneKey may revoke or invalidate individual redemption codes or redemption-code batches according to the applicable promotion rules and risk-control requirements.

This promotion is not available to any person, entity, region, wallet address, or transaction that is prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, or otherwise ineligible under applicable laws, regulations, sanctions programs, or OneKey's risk-control requirements.

After a reward redemption is submitted, it will enter a 30-day return and refund waiting period.

If the related order is returned, refunded, charged back, cancelled, revoked, or otherwise determined to be ineligible during this waiting period, OneKey may cancel the corresponding reward.

If you request a return, you must follow OneKey's return policy and return the complete product package together with any unscratched and unused BTC reward card or redemption card, where applicable.

If the reward card has been scratched, the redemption code has been used, or OneKey determines that there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms, OneKey may reject the refund or cancel the reward, subject to applicable law and OneKey's return policy.

After the 30-day waiting period ends, eligible rewards will enter the next distribution batch.

OneKey will take a snapshot of eligible rewards at 00:00 on the 1st day of each month (UTC+8). The amount of crypto reward to be distributed will be calculated using the applicable reward asset price or conversion rate at the snapshot time.

Rewards in the corresponding batch are expected to be distributed by the 3rd day of the same month, within 72 hours after the snapshot. Actual arrival time may be affected by network congestion, node availability, service providers, manual processing, risk review, or other factors outside OneKey's control.

The reward value is fixed in USD. The final amount of crypto reward received by the user will be calculated based on the snapshot price or conversion rate for the applicable distribution batch.

BTC, cbBTC, or any other applicable reward asset may fluctuate in price. Any market price change after the snapshot or after the reward arrives is borne by the user. OneKey will not compensate for price differences caused by market movement.

You must submit an address that you control and that can receive the applicable reward asset on the supported network specified by OneKey.

Please carefully verify the address and network before submission. Once submitted, the receiving address may not be changed.

You are solely responsible for losses caused by an incorrect address, wrong network, unavailable address, lack of control over the private key, or other user-side errors.

OneKey may review redemption codes, orders, vouchers, receiving addresses, device or account signals, IP information, activity patterns, and other relevant information for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, sanctions compliance, compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and risk-control purposes.

Any personal data processed in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with OneKey's applicable Privacy Policy.

If OneKey reasonably believes that a redemption is fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, unlawful, in breach of these Terms, or otherwise high risk, OneKey may delay, reject, cancel, or revoke the corresponding reward.

OneKey may limit the number or value of rewards that can be received or redeemed per order, user, address, device, household, batch, or other relevant unit according to the applicable promotion rules.

Promotion quota, reward amount, eligible products, eligible regions, and promotion period are subject to the applicable official promotion page or promotion instructions.

Unless expressly stated by OneKey, this promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, referral rewards, or promotional offers.

You are responsible for understanding and handling any tax obligations arising from receiving, holding, selling, transferring, or otherwise using the reward.

OneKey will handle reward distribution network costs according to the promotion arrangement. Any network fees incurred after you receive the reward, including fees for transferring, swapping, or using the reward asset, are your responsibility.

This promotion and any related reward do not constitute investment, financial, tax, legal, trading, or other professional advice.

Crypto assets involve risks, including price volatility, irreversible on-chain transactions, network failures, protocol risks, and other risks. You are responsible for deciding whether to participate in the promotion and for all related risks.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OneKey may modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion, or update these Terms.

If OneKey identifies errors, abnormal activity, abuse, force majeure events, or other circumstances affecting the promotion, OneKey may correct reward amounts, delay distribution, cancel distribution, or take other reasonable measures.

These Terms may be made available in multiple language versions. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between different language versions, the English version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Except where mandatory consumer protection laws or other mandatory laws provide otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
