How to participate?
Just a few simple steps:
Log in to the OneKey App and click "Referral" in the sidebar.
On the right, you will see your "Exclusive Referral Code" and "Invitation Link". Click the "Edit" button on the left to enter the Arbitrum address where you wish to receive rewards.
After entering the address, bind your email address to receive and enter the verification code.
Once complete, you can view your rebate ratios and reward distribution schedule on the main "Referral" interface.
Note: This requires you to perform actions via any OneKey App client (Desktop, Mobile, Browser Extension, or Web).
What benefits and rewards will my friends and I receive?
Ambassador Level Overview
We automatically adjust your level and rebate ratio based on your monthly referral performance. Meeting the requirement for either Hardware Sales or Contract Trading Volume will qualify you for the corresponding level. Both hardware sales and contract fee rebate rates will increase in parallel with your level.

Rules Explanation
Upgrade instantly upon meeting requirements and enjoy real-time rebate ratios.
Retention is checked automatically at 23:59 on the 10th of every month. The criteria remain the same: meet either hardware sales or trading volume to maintain your level.
If you fail to meet the standards for two consecutive months, you will be demoted by one level.
DeFi performance fees are currently excluded from level assessments; the rebate remains fixed at 10% of the performance fee.
High-level ambassadors will unlock various exclusive official perks and qualifications in the future.

As soon as your hardware sales volume or contract trading volume hits the threshold, you will instantly level up and enjoy the corresponding referral reward ratio.

Example: You invited a friend to use OneKey App Earn using your referral code. They staked in a Morpho vault that charges a 15% performance fee.
If your friend generates 100u in profit, there is a 15u performance fee. They receive a 10% fee reduction—saving 1.5u, which is equivalent to a 1.5% yield boost!
At the same time, you earn 10% of the performance fee—resulting in 1.5u as your reward.
The more friends you invite and the more they stake, the more you earn, with no caps.

Example:
Assuming an invitee generates 1,000 USDT in fees this month on OneKey Contracts, they pay 900 USDT after the 10% discount. For the same transaction, your reward increases by level:
🥉 Bronze: 1,000 × 10% = 100 USDT
🥈 Silver: 1,000 × 15% = 150 USDT
🥇 Gold: 1,000 × 18% = 180 USDT
💎 Diamond: 1,000 × 20% = 200 USDT
If the invitee's monthly contract fees reach 5,000 USDT, a 💎 Diamond Ambassador earns 1,000 USDT. The more your friends trade, the more substantial your returns—no caps.

Is there a cap on rewards?
There is no cap on rewards.

How and when do I receive rewards?
No manual withdrawal is required; OneKey will automatically distribute them.
You can view the rewards panel on the OneKey "Referral" page. Please fill in your EVM address in the panel to ensure you receive your rewards.
1. Hardware Wallet Referral Rewards
Within 30 minutes of a friend placing an order, you can see the corresponding pending reward on the panel.
After the order is paid and 30 days have passed, your reward will be confirmed. Referral rewards are currently settled in USDC.
On the 10th of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend), confirmed rewards are snapshotted and the OneKey team sends them to your designated wallet address.
2. Staking Referral Rewards
The system calculates and confirms rewards every hour, which appear on the dashboard.
For you as the ambassador, rewards are sent to your designated receiving address.
For the invitee, rebates are sent to their Arbitrum wallet address.
Rebates are calculated based on Earn asset yields, converted to USDC at market price on the 1st of the following month, and sent by the OneKey team before the 10th.

A3: There is no need to claim them manually. The OneKey team will automatically send them to the address you provided.
Q4: Why does it look like my hardware wallet referral rewards have decreased?
A4: A reduction in rewards can only happen if: (1) The user you invited requested a refund for their order; (2) The order involved fraudulent activities or payment processor abuse. In these cases, to ensure user and processor security, your referral commission will be deducted accordingly.
