When a friend uses your link or code to buy an eligible hardware wallet, or links a wallet and uses an eligible OneKey onchain service, you can earn the corresponding referral reward. Your commission rates, referral activity, and reward status are available on the Referral page.

How to participate?
Complete these steps the first time you join. For the full walkthrough, watch the video above.
1. Open the latest OneKey App and select Referral in the left navigation. The program is available in the desktop app, mobile app, browser extension, and web app.
2. Review the program introduction, select Next, confirm the reward details, and select Join.
3. Sign in with your OneKey ID and complete the authorization steps shown in the App. On the Referral home page, copy your invitation code or referral link.
After inviting friends, return to the Referral home page to view referral activity and reward status.
What benefits and rewards do my friends and I receive
Ambassador level overview
OneKey automatically updates your Ambassador level based on your monthly referral performance. Hardware sales, Perps fee commissions, and Swap fee commissions increase with your level. DeFi performance-fee rewards remain fixed at 10% and do not change with your level.

Upgrade and retention rules

Upgrade | Reach any applicable threshold for monthly hardware sales, Perps trading volume, or Swap trading volume to move up a level. Refer to the Referral page in the OneKey App for the current thresholds. |
Retention | OneKey reviews performance after the 10th of each month. Meet any threshold for your current level to retain it. |
Downgrade | If you miss the threshold for your current level for two consecutive months, your Ambassador level drops by one tier. |

When a friend uses your invitation code or referral link to buy an eligible hardware wallet, you can earn 10% to 20% of the eligible order value based on your current Ambassador level.
Perps referral rewards
Perps referral rewards
Invitees receive a 10% discount on OneKey Perps fees. You earn 10% to 20% of the invitee's pre-discount OneKey fee, based on your current Ambassador level.
For example, if the pre-discount fee is 1,000 USDT, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond Ambassadors earn 100, 150, 180, and 200 USDT, respectively.

Invitees receive a 10% discount on eligible OneKey Swap fees. You earn 10% to 20% of the invitee's pre-discount OneKey Swap fee, based on your current Ambassador level.
DeFi referral rewards
DeFi referral rewards
DeFi referral rewards apply only to products labeled Referral Rewards. Invitees receive a rebate equal to 10% of the performance fee, and you earn a reward equal to 10% of that fee.
For example, if a product charges a 15 USDC performance fee, the invitee receives a 1.5 USDC rebate and you receive a 1.5 USDC reward.
Other frequently asked questions
Where are rewards sent and when are they distributed
Referral rewards do not require a manual claim. Set a valid EVM receiving address on the OneKey Referral page. OneKey sends rewards to that address according to the schedule shown in the App. You can use the overview and product reward pages to track pending, undistributed, and distributed rewards, as well as the next distribution date.
Why has my reward not updated
Completing a trade or depositing assets does not necessarily generate referral rewards. Please check the following in order:
Confirm the referral and eligible activity. Confirm that your friend used your referral link or invitation code. For onchain services, also confirm that the invitee linked their wallet and completed an eligible action.
Check which services are eligible. For Swap, check the provider used for the transaction. For DeFi, check that the product, token, and network all match the supported services listed above.
Check reward status. If the reward is displayed as "undistributed", it means the reward has been recorded but not yet paid out. Check the next distribution date on the Referral page.
Refresh and check the time range. Calculation and confirmation times vary by product. Refresh the relevant reward page and make sure the selected date range includes the activity. If the activity is eligible but no record appears, contact customer support for help.
Why did my hardware wallet referral reward decrease
The order and its referral reward may be reversed if the invitee receives a refund or if the order involves abusive activity or fraudulent payment.
