Preamble
Welcome to the OneKey Affiliate Program (the "Program"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Affiliate", "Partner", or "You") and OneKey ("OneKey", "We", or "Us").
By registering for an account, accessing the affiliate dashboard, or sharing your unique discount code, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.
1. Definitions
Affiliate: Any individual or entity that has registered for the Program to promote OneKey products in exchange for commissions.
Affiliate Code: The unique discount code assigned to you by OneKey. This code is the sole method used to track sales and attribute commissions to your account.
Qualified Purchase: A completed transaction on the OneKey official store where:
A customer successfully applies your Affiliate Code at checkout; and
The order is paid in full and is not returned, refunded, or chargebacked.
Note: Orders placed without applying your specific Affiliate Code cannot be tracked and will not qualify for a commission.
Net Sales: The final transaction price actually paid by the customer, excluding shipping fees, taxes (VAT/GST), duties, and the discount amount itself.
2. Enrollment and Account Status
Open Enrollment: We currently operate an open enrollment policy. You may begin promoting OneKey immediately upon successful registration and receipt of your Affiliate Code.
Right to Review: While pre-approval is not required, OneKey reserves the right to review your content and promotion channels at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that your content is illegal, offensive, fraudulent, or damaging to the OneKey brand reputation.
Independent Contractor: Your participation in the Program is solely as an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and OneKey.
3. Promotion Guidelines (Strictly Enforced)
To protect the OneKey brand and ensure fair competition among partners, the following activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of these guidelines will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
3.1. PPC & Search Engine Marketing Restrictions
No Brand Bidding: You are strictly prohibited from bidding on keywords containing "OneKey" or any variation thereof (e.g., "OneKey Wallet", "One Key", "OneKey Pro", "OneKey Classic") on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search engines.
Negative Keywords: If you run broad match campaigns, you must add "OneKey" as a Negative Keyword to prevent your ads from appearing on brand searches.
No Direct Linking: You may not use the OneKey official URL as the destination URL in any paid media campaigns. All traffic must be directed to your own landing page first.
3.2. Domain & Impersonation
Typosquatting: You may not register or use domains that include the OneKey trademark or confusingly similar misspellings (e.g., onekey-official.com, onekey-secure.io, buy-onekey.net).
Impersonation: You must not represent yourself as OneKey official support, staff, or an official community channel on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, Discord, or Reddit.
3.3. Coupon Code Usage
No Coupon Spam: Your Affiliate Code is intended for your specific audience/community. You are prohibited from submitting your code to "coupon aggregator" sites, "deal farms," or using SEO tactics to rank for terms like "OneKey Coupon" or "OneKey Discount." OneKey reserves the right to void commissions if we determine the traffic originated primarily from coupon scraping rather than genuine content promotion.
3.4. Security & Safety (Zero Tolerance Policy)
No Misleading Security Advice: You must not spread false claims regarding the security model of OneKey devices.
The "Seed Phrase" Red Line: Under no circumstances may you ask users for their Recovery Phrase (Seed Phrase) or Private Keys, nor should you ever direct users to enter these phrases into any website or application. Violation of this clause will result in a permanent ban and potential legal action.
4. Commissions and Payouts
4.1. Attribution Logic
Code-Based Tracking: This Program relies exclusively on the redemption of your Affiliate Code. A commission is triggered only when your code is successfully applied at checkout.
No Retroactive attribution: OneKey is not responsible for, and will not pay commissions on, orders where the customer failed to enter the code, entered it incorrectly, or if the code was not valid at the time of purchase.
4.2. Locking Period & Invalid Orders
30-Day Cooling-off Period: All earned commissions will be held in a "Pending" state for 30 days to account for potential returns and refunds.
Clawbacks: If a Qualified Purchase is later refunded, returned, or results in a chargeback, the corresponding commission will be deducted from your account balance.
4.3. Anti-Reseller & Self-Dealing Policy
Retail Focus: This Program is designed to reward partners for referring new individual retail customers.
No Self-Referrals: You may not use your own Affiliate Code to purchase products for personal use.
Bulk Order Restrictions: OneKey reserves the right to void commissions on orders that exhibit characteristics of wholesale or reseller purchasing (e.g., 5 or more units shipped to the same address or multiple orders from the same IP/payment method).
4.4. Payout Responsibility
Payment Details: You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details (e.g., Crypto Wallet Address or Bank Account info). OneKey is not liable for lost funds or payment failures caused by incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.
5. Intellectual Property
OneKey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use OneKey trademarks, logos, and product images solely for the purpose of promoting OneKey products in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not modify the OneKey logo or use proprietary materials in a way that implies an official endorsement beyond your status as an Affiliate.
6. Termination
At-Will Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice (email suffices).
Termination for Cause: OneKey reserves the right to terminate your account immediately and withhold all unpaid commissions if you are found to be in violation of these Terms (specifically including, but not limited to, PPC violations, fraud, or security policy breaches).
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. OneKey makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability or uptime of the affiliate tracking system or the validity of discount codes during maintenance periods.
Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneKey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
