Selected OneKey hardware wallet orders come with a BTC card — a voucher that lets you claim a Bitcoin reward. You redeem it inside the OneKey App in just a few minutes, and the reward is paid as cbBTC on the Base network to a wallet you control. This guide walks you through the whole process from start to finish.

Redeem in 4 steps

Step 1 — Open the OneKey App

Your BTC card is redeemed entirely inside the OneKey App. If you do not have the app yet, download it first, then open it and make sure you are signed in.

Step 2 — Go to Redeem and enter your code

From your profile, go to Me → More → Redeem to open the Redemption Center. Enter your redemption code and tap Redeem to begin.

Step 3 — Verify your order and choose a receiving wallet

Next, enter your order number or voucher code so OneKey can match the reward to your purchase. Then choose the wallet that will receive the reward. Make sure you own its private key — the receiving address cannot be changed after you submit, so check it carefully before moving on.

Step 4 — Confirm and submit

Review the reward amount, network, and receiving address one last time, then tap Confirm & submit. Your redemption is now in process — no further action is needed.

When and how you get paid

Your reward is fixed in USD and paid out as cbBTC on the Base network. The exact cbBTC amount is calculated from the BTC snapshot price taken for each payout batch.

Payouts follow a monthly schedule. After a 30-day return-and-refund window, all eligible rewards are snapshotted at 00:00 (UTC+8) on the 1st of each month and sent out by the 3rd. You can track the status of your redemption at any time under History in the Redemption Center.

Frequently asked questions

Where do I redeem my card?

Open the OneKey App and go to Me → More → Redeem.

Where do I find my order number or voucher code?

If you ordered from the OneKey Shop, it is in your order confirmation email or under Order Details. If you bought from a dealer or offline, it is printed on the voucher sticker on your BTC card.

When will I receive my reward?

After the 30-day return-and-refund window, eligible rewards are snapshotted on the 1st of each month (UTC+8) and paid out by the 3rd, as cbBTC on the Base network.

My voucher code is invalid or already used.

Check for easily confused characters such as 0 and O, or 1 and I. If it still does not work, contact OneKey Support with your order number and a screenshot of the error.

I did not receive a card or code.

Make sure your order was placed during the campaign and includes a hardware wallet — accessories do not qualify. If everything looks correct but you still have no code, contact OneKey Support.
