How to Redeem Crowdfunded Mini and Touch

Since OneKey Mini and OneKey Touch are out of stock, we offer corresponding discounts for you to redeem for a OneKey Pro / OneKey Classic 1S. You only need to pay the remaining price difference.

Calculation method for the price difference for the OneKey Pro / OneKey Classic 1S series:

Price Difference = Current Product Price * 50% - Crowdfunded Product Price.
(Note: Mini crowdfunding price was 199 CNY; Touch crowdfunding price was 499 CNY)

Policy for Redeeming New Products

For OneKey hardware wallet products launched on or after October 1, 2026, users may apply their crowdfunding eligibility for OneKey Pro, OneKey Touch, or OneKey Mini to deduct against the original price of the new product, based on the original crowdfunding price of that eligibility.

The deduction is calculated using the following formula:

Final Amount Payable for New Product = Original Price of New Product − Original Price of Crowdfunding Eligibility

Here, "Original Price of Crowdfunding Eligibility" refers to the original price during the crowdfunding campaign, not its current market value, resale price, or any other valuation.

Example

Suppose you hold one OneKey Mini crowdfunding eligibility:

  • Original OneKey Mini crowdfunding price: 199 CNY;

  • Equivalent to approximately 30 USD at the time;

  • Original price of new product: X USD.

When purchasing the new product, you can use the OneKey Mini crowdfunding eligibility to deduct approximately 30 USD:

Therefore, after verifying the crowdfunding eligibility, the payable amount for the order is: X USD − 30 USD.

The actual deduction and settlement amount are subject to final verification by OneKey Customer Support.

Stacking Multiple Crowdfunding Eligibilities

If you hold multiple eligible crowdfunding participations, you can combine the original prices of the corresponding crowdfunding eligibilities for deduction.

For example, if you hold:

  • One OneKey Mini crowdfunding eligibility, original price approx. 30 USD;

  • One OneKey Touch crowdfunding eligibility, original price approx. 75 USD.

When purchasing a new product, you can theoretically deduct a cumulative total of approximately 105 USD:

Original Price of New Product − Original Price of Mini Crowdfunding Eligibility − Original Price of Touch Crowdfunding Eligibility

The availability, deduction amounts, and final order amount for multiple crowdfunding eligibilities must be verified case by case by OneKey Customer Support based on the order and redemption qualifications.

Important Notes

This policy applies only to OneKey hardware wallet products launched on or after October 1, 2026 (New Products), subject to verification by OneKey Customer Support.

The deduction amount for new products is calculated based on the original crowdfunding price of the eligibility, not on any current discount prices for the new product, resale prices of the crowdfunding eligibility, or other market prices.

The crowdfunding eligibilities covered under this policy include those for OneKey Pro, OneKey Touch, and OneKey Mini. The validity of crowdfunding eligibility, redemption code status, and deductible amounts are all subject to verification by OneKey Customer Support.

If using multiple crowdfunding eligibilities, customer support will calculate the cumulative deduction based on the eligibility information corresponding to each redemption code. The final deductible amount, order total, and other settlement details are subject to verification by customer support.

Previous redemption rules for OneKey Mini and OneKey Touch primarily apply to the original redemption scenarios. For new products launched on or after October 1, 2026, please follow the new policy outlined on this page.
