If you have a OneKey Prime redemption code, sign in to OneKey ID to activate or extend Prime for that account.
In-app redemption is supported starting with OneKey App 6.6 on Android and desktop. The iOS app does not support redemption. To use Prime on iOS, redeem on the web and sign in to the app with the same OneKey ID.
Before you redeem: Codes cannot be redeemed while a paid Prime subscription is active. If your only active Prime membership comes from redemption codes and has a defined expiry date, you can redeem another valid code to add more days.
Redeem on the web
Step 1: Open the redemption page
Open the OneKey Prime redemption page in a browser on your phone or computer.
Step 2: Sign in and check your OneKey ID
Click “Sign in to OneKey ID” and follow the prompts.
If you are already signed in to OneKey App, use the same account and sign-in method. Check the account shown on the page before redeeming. To switch accounts, click the account information, sign out, and sign in again.
Using different sign-in methods, such as Google and Apple, may lead to different OneKey IDs, even if the email address is the same.
Step 3: Enter your redemption code
Paste or type your code in “Enter redemption code.” Check the account and code, then click “Redeem.”
If you opened a redemption link from an email, the code may already be filled in. Check it before clicking “Redeem.”
Step 4: Check the result and return to OneKey App
After a successful redemption, the page shows the number of Prime days added and your updated membership expiry date.
Open OneKey App and sign in with the same OneKey ID to view and use your Prime benefits. If you have not installed OneKey App, use the download button on the redemption success page.
Redeem in OneKey App
Open OneKey App, go to the Prime page, and sign in to OneKey ID.
Check your account, click “⋯” next to the account information, and select “Redeem Prime.”
Enter your redemption code, check it, and click “Redeem.”
After redemption succeeds, check the days added and the expiry date, then click “Done” to return to the Prime page.
Redemption rules
When can I redeem a code?
Current account status | Can I redeem? |
No active Prime membership, including when a previous membership has expired | Yes. The membership time starts from the successful redemption. |
Your only active Prime membership comes from redemption codes and has a defined expiry date | Yes. The new days are added after your current expiry date. |
An active paid Prime subscription | No. Turning off automatic renewal does not make the account eligible while the subscription remains active. |
A Prime membership with no expiry date, or whose expiry date cannot be determined | It cannot be extended with a redemption code. |
If redemption is rejected because of your current subscription or membership status, the code is not consumed.
How do multiple codes add membership time?
If you meet the conditions above, you can redeem different valid codes with the same OneKey ID to add more Prime days.
For example, if you have 10 days left on a Prime membership obtained through a redemption code, redeeming a 30-day code gives you 40 days remaining. You do not need to wait for the existing membership to expire.
Membership time is calculated in fixed days, not calendar months. Refer to the expiry date shown on the redemption success page.
Code expiry and usage limits
Use your code before its redemption deadline. Expired codes cannot be redeemed. The period during which a code can be used is separate from the Prime membership time it grants.
Each code can be successfully redeemed only once. The membership is added to the OneKey ID signed in at the time of redemption. Switching accounts does not allow you to reuse a code, so check your account before redeeming.
FAQ
Will Prime obtained through a redemption code renew automatically?
No. A redemption code only adds the specified number of Prime days. Redeeming it does not automatically create a paid subscription or trigger renewal charges.
What should I do if I cannot redeem a code?
Message or issue | What to do |
The code is invalid or unavailable | Check that the code is complete and has no typing errors. Try copying the original code directly. |
The code has already been used | A code cannot be reused. If you did not redeem it, contact the code provider or OneKey Support. |
The code has expired | The redemption deadline has passed, and the code can no longer be used. |
Your current subscription does not support redemption | Check whether you still have an active paid Prime subscription, or whether your current membership can be extended. |
Redemption is temporarily unavailable | Try again later. If the page says your sign-in session has expired, sign in again before retrying. |
If the problem continues, contact support through the OneKey Help Center and include the error message or a screenshot.
The website says redemption was successful, but Prime is not showing in the app. What should I do?
Check that OneKey App and the redemption page use the same OneKey ID. Pay particular attention to whether you signed in with Google, Apple, or another method.
Once you have confirmed the account matches, reopen the Prime page in the app to check your status. If it has not updated, keep a screenshot of the successful redemption and contact OneKey Support.
