This guide will assist you in redeeming the OneKey hardware wallet from the 2021 OneKey NFT crowdfunding campaign. As the OneKey Mini and OneKey Touch are currently sold out, we are offering you a corresponding discount to redeem a OneKey Pro or OneKey Classic 1S. You only need to pay the difference. The calculation for the price difference is as follows:
Price Difference = Current Product Price * 50% - Crowdfunding Product Price. (Note: Crowdfunding price for OneKey Mini is 31.2 USD; OneKey Touch is 78.2 USD)
Redemption Steps:
- Visit the official OneKey Store: shop.onekey.so
- Find the product you wish to redeem (e.g., OneKey Pro / OneKey Classic 1S).
- Create an order via 'MixPay', but do not complete the payment.
- Submit a support ticket and provide your order number, email address and redemption code to the OneKey customer support team.
- The OneKey support team will adjust the price for your order.
- Once the price adjustment is complete, pay for the order to finalize the redemption.
