How to pay
Open OneKey ID and sign in to the account you want to subscribe with.
Go to OneKey Prime, choose a monthly or annual plan, and select the subscription button.
Select Crypto under Payment method, then use either option below.
Pay with a wallet in OneKey
Select the payment account, network, and asset.
Check the amount and network fee, then pay and confirm the transaction. If you use a hardware wallet, confirm on the device.
Once payment is confirmed, return to the Prime page to check your subscription.
Pay with another wallet or an exchange
Select Pay with external wallet, then Continue, to open Infini checkout in your browser.
Choose the network and asset. Pay from another wallet, or withdraw from an exchange to the address shown for the current order.
Send the amount shown on the page. Once payment is confirmed, return to OneKey.
If Binance Pay is offered at checkout, you can also select that option.
After scanning a QR code, check the network, asset, and amount. For exchange withdrawals, the amount received after withdrawal fees must cover the order and arrive within the payment deadline.
Renewing or canceling renewal
Cryptocurrency subscriptions renew through emailed invoices. You need to pay each invoice yourself. Your wallet is not charged automatically.
Plan | Renewal invoice sent | Invoice payment window |
Monthly | 3 days before the current period ends | 3 days |
Annual | 7 days before the current period ends | 7 days |
The invoice is sent to the email address associated with your OneKey ID subscription. Open the link and pay before the invoice expires to renew. If you do not renew, your benefits end when the current paid period expires. Use the address and amount on the new invoice each time.
Go to OneKey Prime → Manage subscription to view the current period end date and the next invoice date, or select Cancel renewal. Canceling keeps your benefits for the current paid period and stops future renewal invoices. It does not issue a refund.
Refunds
Request a refund for a completed purchase
For a Prime purchase paid with cryptocurrency, you can contact OneKey Support within 7 days of purchase to request cancellation and a refund. OneKey reviews requests based on the reason provided. Refund policy
Provide your OneKey ID email address and sign-in method, the reason for the request, and a transaction hash (TxID) or payment receipt. Include the order number if you have it.
If approved, follow Support's instructions to confirm the refund address, network, asset, amount, and fees. If you paid from an exchange, provide your exchange deposit address or another wallet address that can receive the refund. Do not simply copy the sending address from the original transaction.
Underpayments, overpayments, and late payments
For eligible payment exceptions, Infini emails you a link to confirm a refund address:
Underpayment: When the order expires, the paid amount that could not complete the order is refunded.
Overpayment: The eligible excess amount is refunded.
Late payment: Payments received after an order ends are handled according to Infini's order status and confirmation-window rules.
Use the email link before its deadline to provide an address for the original network and asset. Network fees are deducted from the refund. Automatic refunds are not triggered when the refundable amount is at or below the network's refund gas threshold. A refund is also not sent automatically if you miss the address-confirmation deadline. Infini automatic refund rules
Frequently asked questions
I have sent the payment. Why is Prime not active yet?
Payment requires on-chain confirmation and a status update. Closing the payment window does not interrupt a submitted transaction. Return to the Prime page later to check. For external payments, you can also select I've paid to check the result. Do not send another payment while confirmation is in progress.
If you have paid the full amount and the transaction has succeeded on-chain but Prime is still not active, contact OneKey Support with the transaction hash.
Can I pay the remaining balance or switch assets after an underpayment?
For an order paid through Infini checkout, you can pay the remaining balance on the original order page. Selecting another supported asset refreshes the quote.
If a payment in OneKey is still processing, wait for confirmation first. If you need to pay a remaining balance but no option is available, contact Support to check the original order before sending another full payment.
Infini does not credit individual payments worth less than 0.01 USD. For a very small remaining balance, follow the amount and instructions shown on the page rather than splitting it into smaller transfers.
What happens to my payment when the countdown ends?
The quote countdown ending does not mean a payment is immediately discarded or refunded. If you have not sent a payment, follow the page instructions to get a new quote. If you have already sent one, check the original order's payment status first.
If the order ultimately expires without being fully paid, the payment-exception refund rules above apply.
Can I buy extra months in advance or switch to an annual plan or another payment method?
Repeat purchases do not add subscription time, and changing the billing cycle by paying a prorated difference is not supported during an active period. If subscriptions from different payment channels are active at the same time, their periods may overlap rather than add together.
To change the billing cycle or payment channel, cancel renewal through the original channel and purchase the new plan after your current benefits expire. A cryptocurrency subscription whose renewal has been canceled also needs to expire before you purchase again.
What if I do not receive a renewal or refund email?
Check the email address linked to your subscription and its spam folder. Refund emails are sent only for payments eligible for automatic refunds; for very small amounts, see the gas threshold above. Contact OneKey Support if you still need help.
What if I used the wrong network or asset?
Contact OneKey Support with the transaction hash and the network and asset you actually used. Support will check how the payment was received and what can be done.
