OneKey Perps is not available in all regions. Service availability may be affected by applicable laws and regulations, the OneKey User Service Agreement, internal compliance and risk-control policies, and restrictions imposed by underlying infrastructure or related service providers.
Regional Restriction Notice
OneKey Perps is subject to regional availability restrictions.
In certain jurisdictions, OneKey Perps may be unavailable or restricted due to legal, regulatory, compliance, or operational requirements. These restrictions may arise from applicable local laws and regulations, sanctions or restricted-jurisdiction rules, OneKey’s internal risk-control requirements, the OneKey User Service Agreement, or restrictions imposed by underlying protocol infrastructure and related service providers.
According to OneKey’s product materials and legal documents, certain users may be unable to access some services, and users are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region. In addition, the OneKey
Perps product materials also note that Perps may be unavailable in certain regions due to requirements of the underlying platform.
If our system identifies your current access location as a restricted region, the trading functions of OneKey Perps may be limited.
Restricted Functions
When a regional restriction applies, you may be unable to perform actions that increase Perps exposure, including but not limited to:
Opening a new Perps position
Submitting a new order that increases position exposure
Using order-entry functions related to opening a new position
In these situations, the interface may display a notice such as “Perps trading is not available in your current region” or a similar message.
Functions That May Remain Available
Even when new Perps trading is restricted, functions related to existing position management and asset handling will generally remain available where possible.
These functions may include:
Viewing market data
Viewing current positions
Managing existing positions
Closing existing positions
Canceling open orders
Transferring assets out
The purpose of this limited-access mode is to restrict new trading activity while preserving position management, risk control, and asset handling functions where operationally feasible.
Compliance Basis
Regional availability restrictions are not solely product-level arrangements. They may also reflect one or more of the following factors:
Applicable laws and regulations in specific jurisdictions
Licensing or regulatory scope limitations
Sanctions and restricted-jurisdiction requirements
The OneKey User Service Agreement
OneKey’s internal compliance and risk-control policies
Restrictions or requirements imposed by underlying liquidity, execution, clearing, or protocol service providers
Because these factors may change over time, service availability may also be adjusted accordingly.
Position Management Under Restricted Access
When a regional restriction applies, OneKey may continue to support risk-reduction and exit-related actions within operational limits.
This means that even if you are unable to open a new Perps position, you may still be able to:
Review your current exposure
Reduce position risk
Close existing positions
Cancel pending orders
Transfer related assets out of your account
This approach is generally consistent with common industry practice for region-restricted trading products, where new trading activity is limited while existing exposure management remains available.
Expected Experience in Restricted Regions
If OneKey Perps is unavailable in your current region, this generally means that:
New Perps trades may be restricted
Existing positions may still be viewable and manageable
Open orders may still be cancelable
Asset transfers out may still be supported, subject to account status and system status
Actual available functions may vary depending on the specific reason for the restriction, your account status, and the service status at the time.
Important Note
Regional availability restrictions may be based on your current access location, account-level eligibility, or both.
If the restriction is related only to temporary location identification, access may be restored once the relevant conditions are met. However, if the restriction involves account eligibility, legal limitations, or other compliance requirements, the restriction may continue to apply.
