OneKey Terms of Use — Annex 1: Restricted Locations

This Annex 1 forms part of the OneKey Terms of Use (Version 2026.10) and is incorporated into them by reference under Sections 3.3 and 20.1 of the Terms. OneKey may update this Annex from time to time under Sections 3.3 and 18.5 of the Terms, including in response to changes in Applicable Law, regulatory requirements, sanctions, internal risk-control policies, product availability or restrictions imposed by Third-Party Service providers. As provided in Section 18.5 of the Terms, an update to this Annex does not constitute an amendment of the Terms, takes effect upon publication, and does not require separate notice or acceptance unless Applicable Law requires otherwise. The latest published version of this Annex prevails. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Terms.

The current Restricted Locations are: the United States, mainland China, Singapore, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Malta, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, the Crimea region, Spain, the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Myanmar, Venezuela, Uzbekistan, Austria, India, Indonesia, Japan, Argentina, Cambodia, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, Pakistan, Vietnam and Russia.

The restrictions applicable to a particular Restricted Location may apply to all or only part of the Products, services or features, as determined by OneKey in accordance with Section 3.3 of the Terms. The inclusion of a country, territory or region in this Annex does not necessarily mean that every OneKey Product or service is unavailable there. The actual availability of a Product, service or feature may be determined when you attempt to access or use it.
