How do I participate in this program?
It only takes a few simple steps:
Log in to the OneKey App and click "Referral" in the left-hand menu.
On the right, you will find your "Exclusive Invitation Code" and "Invitation Link". Click the "Edit" button on the left to enter the Arbitrum receiving address for your rewards.
After entering the address, enter the verification code sent to your registered email.
Upon completion, you can view your commission ratio and reward distribution schedule on the main "Referral" interface.
Note: This requires you to operate on any OneKey App client (desktop, mobile, browser extension, web version).
What discounts and rewards will my friends and I receive?
1. Referral Rewards for Hardware Wallets
Discount for the invited person — 5% Exclusive Discount
Don't forget to have your friend enter your exclusive discount code (displayed on your invitation page) at checkout.
Your Recommender Reward — Up to 18% Sales Reward Ratio
Example: For successfully referring a Classic 1s (order value $100), you can receive up to $18 in USDC as a reward.
More Referrals, More Rewards — Upgrade Mechanism
As soon as your sales reach a certain threshold, you will immediately be upgraded to the corresponding tier and enjoy the corresponding referral reward ratio in real-time.
5% – Initial Reward Ratio
10% (Silver Recommender) – Monthly recommended sales volume ≥ $300
15% (Gold Recommender) – Monthly recommended sales volume ≥ $1,000

Your reward ratio will be automatically assessed for tier maintenance after 23:59 on the 10th of each month, based on your recommended sales volume.

They participate in staking in a Morpho Vault, which charges a 15% performance fee on yield.
If your friend's staking generates 100u in earnings, the performance fee will be 15u. They will receive a 10% fee reduction—that is, 1.5u, equivalent to a 1.5% yield boost!
At the same time, you will also receive 10% of the performance fee—that is, 1.5u as a reward.
The more friends you invite and the more they stake, the more rewards you earn, with no upper limit.

How and when will I receive my rewards?
No manual claiming is required; OneKey will automatically disburse rewards.
You can view your reward panel on the OneKey "Referral Rewards" page. Please enter your EVM address for reward reception there to ensure you receive your referral rewards.
1. Referral Rewards for Hardware Wallets
Within 30 minutes after your friend places an order, you will see the corresponding reward in the reward panel.
Your rewards will be confirmed 30 days after the order payment. Currently, referral rewards are settled in USDC.
On the 10th of each month (or the next business day if it falls on a weekend), confirmed rewards will be snapshotted, and the OneKey team will send them to your reward receiving wallet address.
2. Referral Rewards for Staking
The system will conduct reward statistics and confirmations every hour, displayed in the reward panel.
For you as a recommender, rewards will be sent to your designated reward receiving address.
For the invited person, rewards will be sent to your Arbitrum wallet address (same as Ethereum).
Rebates will be settled based on the earnings of the participated Earn assets and converted to USDC according to the market price on the 1st of the following month. The OneKey team will deliver the rewards before the 10th.

A2: Please ensure your friend used your link or discount/invitation code. Rewards are refreshed periodically.
Q4: Why have my hardware wallet referral rewards decreased?
A4: If your rewards have decreased, the reasons can only be: (1) The order of the user you invited was refunded; (2) The user's order involved brush orders or fraudulent payment channels. In either of these situations, to ensure the safety of users and payment channels, OneKey will deduct the received funds and your rebates accordingly.
Q3: Where do I claim my rewards?
A3: No manual claiming is necessary. The OneKey team will automatically disburse funds to the address you provided.
