The OneKey Academy Ambassador Program (the "Program") recruits volunteers as ambassadors ("Ambassadors") to help disseminate blockchain security knowledge, promote the principle of self-custody, and participate in corporate communications and community content creation. This Statement is issued to clarify the rights and obligations of all parties, protect users, and mitigate legal and reputational risk. By applying for, accepting, or participating in the Program in any manner, a person is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.
1. Nature and Limits of the Ambassador Role
1.1 Ambassadors are independent volunteer participants. No employment, agency, partnership, or legal-representation relationship is created between an Ambassador and OneKey or its affiliates. Ambassadors have no authority to make any commitment, representation, warranty, or to enter into any contract on behalf of OneKey.
1.2 An Ambassador's role is strictly limited to education and the faithful relay of official information. Ambassadors are not, and must not hold themselves out as, investment advisors, financial mentors, guarantors of returns, or trading guides.
1.3 Any personal opinions, statements, or content published by an Ambassador represent that individual alone and do not reflect the official position, opinion, or commitment of OneKey.
2. Prohibited High-Risk Conduct
During participation in the Program, whether or not acting in the Ambassador capacity, Ambassadors must not engage in any of the following. Upon discovery of such conduct, OneKey reserves the right to terminate the Ambassador's status immediately and to pursue legal remedies:
Engaging in or inducing any illegal activity, including speculation, illegal fundraising, pyramid schemes, money laundering, or unlawful trading;
Making any promise of profit, return, or principal protection, or using misleading terms such as "guaranteed gains," "zero risk," or "assured returns";
Providing investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, or professional opinions on specific trading decisions;
Conducting false advertising, exaggerating or extrapolating official information, or forging or altering official materials, logos, or certificates;
Improper traffic acquisition via spam, illegal communities, fake orders, fraudulent sign-ups, or inducing clicks on non-official links;
Lending, misusing, or applying the Ambassador identity, certificate, or referral link for purposes unrelated to the Program;
Publishing any content that violates applicable laws or harms the goodwill, brand, or lawful rights of OneKey or third parties.
3. Allocation of Liability and Disclaimer
3.1 Each Ambassador bears sole and full legal liability for all of their own statements, content, and conduct. Any dispute, claim, loss, penalty, or litigation arising from an Ambassador's breach of this Statement, applicable law, or third-party rights shall be borne solely by that Ambassador and shall not involve OneKey.
3.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneKey shall not be liable for any ultra vires, non-compliant, or personal conduct of an Ambassador, nor for any direct or indirect loss caused thereby to any third party.
3.3 The Ambassador agrees to indemnify and hold OneKey harmless against any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by OneKey as a result of the Ambassador's conduct.
4. Risk Disclosure
Digital asset prices are highly volatile and carry significant risk. All content under the Program is for educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation. Users must exercise their own judgment and independently bear all risks of any investment or trading decision.
5. Termination, Amendment, and Miscellaneous
5.1 OneKey may suspend or terminate any Ambassador's participation at its sole discretion at any time, without prior notice.
5.2 OneKey reserves the right to amend this Statement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication through official channels; continued participation constitutes acceptance.
5.3 OneKey reserves the right of final interpretation of this Statement. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
