Hệ thống Windows có thể hiển thị thông báo kết nối thiết bị USB.

Internal screen damage
If the above conditions are met, your OneKey Classic or Classic 1S may have internal screen damage, even if the external screen appears normal. The internal components may be damaged or broken.
The main cause of this issue is improper use or storage.If your product is still under warranty, OneKey offers a one-time replacement service.

Replacement process
Submit a video through a support request to demonstrate internal screen damage;
Provide your order number and any additional information requested by OneKey staff;
After OneKey confirms the replacement, return or destroy the faulty device and provide proof;
Confirm shipping information for the replacement.
Important notes for replacement
The warranty period for the replacement product is 1 year from the date OneKey ships it.
To protect OneKey from repeated replacement requests for the same faulty device, OneKey will verify your destruction video before shipping a replacement hardware wallet to you. (If you are asked to return the faulty device, OneKey will cover the shipping cost. The replacement device will be shipped after the faulty device is received.)
If your product is out of warranty, OneKey cannot provide a replacement service. However, hardware wallet damage will not affect your on-chain assets, and you can restore your assets using the recovery phrase on a new hardware wallet or app wallet.
