The Storage mode should only be used under the guidance of official customer service personnel for troubleshooting purposes. Please do not use this operation in daily practice to avoid unknown device malfunctions.
- Connect the OneKey Pro to your computer using a data cable.
- Visit https://firmware.onekey.so/
- Click the "Click to enter the board mode" button.
- Unlock your OneKey Pro device and tap "Confirm" on the screen.
- When the first line on the device screen displays "OneKey Boardloader," it indicates that the device has entered Boardloader mode, which also serves as Storage mode.
Method 1
- Press and hold the power button to turn off the device.
- While the device is off, press and hold the power button to turn it on.
- When the device's screen displays the OneKey logo, release the power button for 1-2 seconds, then press and hold the power button again. Simultaneously, use another finger to swipe from the bottom to the top of the screen several times.
- When the device screen displays "USB Mass Storage Mode" (as shown in the image below), it indicates that the device has successfully entered Storage mode.

- Connect the OneKey Touch to your computer using a data cable.
- Visit:https://firmware.onekey.so/
- Click the "Click to enter the board mode" button.
- Unlock your OneKey Touch device and tap "Confirm" on the screen.
- When the device screen displays "USB Mass Storage Mode" it indicates that the device has successfully entered the Storage mode.
