Step 1: Download and Extract Resource Files

Download the resource file package from the following link:

Use an extraction tool to unzip the res-4.13.0.zip file to a local folder on your computer.

Step 2: Enter Boardloader Mode on OneKey Pro

  1. Make sure your device is powered off.

  2. Press and hold the power button to turn it on.

  3. Once the OneKey logo appears, swipe diagonally from the top-left to the bottom-right corner of the screen with one finger. Repeat the swipe 1–3 times until the screen shows “OneKey Boardloader” in the top-left corner.

  4. This confirms you’ve successfully entered Boardloader mode.

Step 3: Update Firmware Resources

  1. While in Boardloader mode, connect OneKey Pro to your computer via a USB cable.

  2. On your computer, locate and open the ONEKEY DATA drive.

  3. Navigate to the res folder inside the root directory.

  4. Copy all files from the extracted res-4.13.0 folder and paste them into the res folder on the device.

    • If prompted to replace existing files, choose “Replace” or “Overwrite”.

  5. Safely eject the ONEKEY DATA drive.

  6. Reboot your OneKey Pro and check if it starts up correctly.

Notes

  • Ensure your device has at least 20% battery before proceeding.

  • Do not disconnect the device during file transfer.

  • If you are unable to enter Boardloader mode after several attempts, please contact OneKey Support for assistance.
