1) Shipping and Logistics Tracking
Please ensure you provide the correct email address when placing an order. We will send the courier tracking number to this email for you to check the logistics status.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page based on the delivery country/region.
2) Shipping Fee Rules
2.1 Fixed Shipping Fee for Specific Regions (USD 80)
A flat rate shipping fee of $80 USD will be charged for all orders to the following regions, regardless of the order amount:

Colombia (Cundinamarca)
Indonesia (Lampung)
Kazakhstan (Kazakhstan)
Philippines (Zamboanga del Sur)
Spain (Santa Cruz de Tenerife)
2.2 Fixed Shipping Fee for Specific Regions (USD 28)
A flat rate shipping fee of $28 USD will be charged for all orders to the following regions, regardless of the order amount:
Mexico (Selected areas)
Norway (Norway)
Argentina (Selected areas)
Canada (Selected areas)
Colombia (Selected areas)
Cyprus (Cyprus)
Ecuador (Ecuador)
Indonesia (West Nusa Tenggara)
Mauritius (Mauritius)

2.3 Standard Shipping for Unlisted Regions
Applicable to all regions not listed above:
Order amount ≥ $89 USD: Standard shipping is free of charge.
Order amount < $89 USD: A shipping fee will be charged, calculated automatically based on the destination.
If you require faster delivery, you can choose Expedited Commercial Express, with the cost calculated separately based on destination and shipping method, to be displayed at checkout.
3) Customs Clearance, Duties, and Taxes (Recipient Responsibility)
All customs clearance procedures, import duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient, who must handle and pay them according to the customs/tax requirements of the destination locality.
If the package is returned to OneKey due to the recipient's failure to clear customs in a timely manner or customs anomalies:
A full refund will not be provided;
The return shipping fee incurred will be borne by the customer.
Please confirm local customs regulations and tax policies before placing an order to avoid delays or additional costs.
4) Responsibility for Information Entry and Tax ID Requirements
The consumer bears full responsibility for all information entered during the order placement, including but not limited to: Recipient's Name, Contact Information, Shipping Address, Email, Tax ID information, etc.
The consumer is responsible for any losses resulting from failed delivery, returns, loss, or destruction due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided.
If the destination requires the declaration of a Tax ID (e.g., Brazil's CPF):
The recipient's name must exactly match the provided Tax ID;
OneKey shall not be held liable for any losses or responsibilities arising if the package is detained, returned, or destroyed by customs due to a mismatch between the name and the Tax ID.
5) Return and Warranty Policy
Since the product belongs to the category related to personal privacy information and property security, returns or exchanges are not supported once sold.
In case of product quality issues:
Customer service will verify the issue;
Upon confirmation, the customer may be required to destroy the original device;
OneKey will send a brand new device as a replacement.
Products come with a one-year warranty; man-made damage is not covered by the warranty.
