With this feature, you can sync the Portfolio overview of your accounts from OneKey App to your OneKey Pro 2 hardware wallet, allowing you to view related asset information on the device.
Please note that Sync Portfolio is only available with OneKey Pro 2 and OneKey App. This feature should not be described as supported by all OneKey hardware wallets.
Supported device and app
Sync Portfolio is an exclusive feature for OneKey Pro 2 and can only be used with the following combination:
OneKey Pro 2 + OneKey App
If you are using another OneKey hardware wallet, this feature does not apply. Sync Portfolio should not be understood as a feature available on all OneKey hardware wallets.
Where the Portfolio data comes from
OneKey Pro 2 does not connect to the internet by itself, and it does not directly retrieve Portfolio data from the blockchain or the market.
The Portfolio overview displayed on OneKey Pro 2 comes from OneKey App.
After OneKey App retrieves and updates the account asset data, the relevant data is transferred to OneKey Pro 2 via Bluetooth or a data cable for display.
You can understand the data flow as:
OneKey App → Bluetooth / data cable → OneKey Pro 2
In other words, OneKey Pro 2 itself is not an independent data source for Portfolio information. The Portfolio displayed on the device depends on the data updated and synced from OneKey App.
About market prices and asset valuation
Due to the high volatility of cryptocurrency market prices, if you need to confirm the current market price or asset valuation, please refer first to the market price estimates displayed in OneKey App.
The Portfolio and market price estimates displayed on OneKey Pro 2 depend on data updates from OneKey App. Therefore, the prices shown on OneKey Pro 2 are not independent real-time market prices retrieved by the device itself.
Important notes
Sync Portfolio is only supported by OneKey Pro 2 and OneKey App.
OneKey Pro 2 does not connect to the internet directly and does not retrieve Portfolio data from the blockchain or the market by itself.
The Portfolio data displayed on OneKey Pro 2 comes from OneKey App and is synced to the device via Bluetooth or a data cable.
