What You'll Need

  • OneKey Pro 2 device;

  • OneKey App downloaded and installed on your computer/phone/tablet;

  • Seed Phrase card and pen provided in the box;

  • A secure and private environment.

Follow the video guide above to learn how to unbox, set up, and connect your OneKey Pro 2 to the OneKey App on your mobile phone via Bluetooth.

Step-by-Step Guide

Please refer to the corresponding setup guide based on the version of the OneKey App you downloaded (e.g., Desktop App / Browser Extension / Mobile App). Currently, the OneKey App mobile client only supports connecting to hardware wallets via Bluetooth.

Step 1: Power On and Select Language

  • Press and hold the power button for 3–4 seconds to power on your OneKey Pro 2 device.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your preferred system language.

  • Download the OneKey App on your computer/phone/tablet.

Step 2: Set Device Name and PIN

  • Name your OneKey Pro 2.

  • Read the on-screen prompts and select "Continue" to begin setting your PIN.

  • Enter your new PIN and select ☑️ to confirm.

  • Re-enter your PIN and select ☑️ to proceed.

  • When "PIN Enabled" is displayed, press "Continue".

Security Tips

  • The PIN is used to unlock your device.

  • Entering an incorrect PIN 10 consecutive times will reset the hardware wallet (or 5 times, depending on the hardware wallet's firmware version).

  • Never use any device that comes with a preset PIN or Seed Phrase.

  • If you have any questions, please contact OneKey Customer Support.

Step 3: Create a New Wallet

  • Read the on-screen prompts and select "Continue".

  • Tap "Create" to generate a new Seed Phrase.

  • Choose the Seed Phrase length that meets your needs, such as "12 Words", to generate the phrase.

  • Read through the 3 prompt screens, tap "Continue", and on the final screen select "Back Up" to reveal the Seed Phrase.

  • Accurately write down the 12-word Seed Phrase generated by your OneKey Pro 2 on paper, then select "Back Up".

Step 4: Verify Seed Phrase

  • When the screen displays "Almost Done", tap "Verify" to begin verifying your Seed Phrase.

  • Refer to the paper where you wrote down your Seed Phrase and answer the questions on the Pro 2 screen by selecting the correct words to complete verification.

  • Repeat the process until "Verified" appears, then press "Continue" until you see "Wallet is Ready".

Security Tips

  • The Seed Phrase is the only way to recover your assets.

  • Do not make digital copies or upload your Seed Phrase to the internet.

  • Store it in a safe and secure place.

Once the setup is complete, you can connect your device to the OneKey App and start managing your assets.
