OneKey Pro 2 uses an updated device communication protocol. Some third-party wallets have not yet completed support for the new protocol, so USB or Bluetooth connections with OneKey Pro 2 may not currently be available in certain wallet apps.
Until compatibility updates are completed, you can continue using OneKey Pro 2 in the following ways:
Use OneKey App to access the full functionality of OneKey Pro 2.
Connect OneKey Pro 2 to wallets such as Rabby and MetaMask through Air-Gap signing like OneKey Pro
Integration with third-party wallets is ongoing. We will continue to update the Help Center as support becomes available.
If a third-party wallet does not currently detect OneKey Pro 2 over USB or Bluetooth, this does not necessarily indicate a device issue. Please try an Air-Gap connection where supported, or use OneKey App instead.
