With OneKey App (5.12 or above), you can connect to your computer or laptop via bluetooth. Follow in the video below for details. Please make sure that you have the latest firmware on your OneKey hardware wallets.

Setting your preferences
You can always enable or disable bluetooth for OneKey App in settings.
The Cable Priority
When your device is already plugged into the computer, OneKey App will use cable by default for stability and a faster transmission.
Troubleshooting
If bluetooth connection fails, below are the solutions:
Solution 1
The latest firmwares on your hardware wallet and latest app on your computer;
Your hardware wallet is not connected via cable
Solution 2
Check if bluetooth is disabled for your hardware wallet. For OneKey Pro, please also turn off Air-Gap mode.
Lock your hardware wallet and unlock - try bluetooth again.
Solution 3
In your laptop/computer system settings, click "Forget device"
Quit and restart OneKey App
Reconnect your OneKey hardware wallet.
OneKey App version 5.12.0 supports connecting hardware wallets via Bluetooth only on Mac systems. Support for Windows systems will be added in future versions.
