In addition to the retail box featuring the product name and device image, OneKey currently adds an outer layer of kraft paper protective box, commonly referred to as a "mailer box." It is used primarily for shipping protection and warehouse identification, and is not an additional product packaging.
The exterior of the mailer box may carry a product code or an EAN barcode label;
Inside, you will find the retail packaging for the OneKey Pro, Classic 1S, or Classic 1S Pure, as demonstrated later in this article.
Update Log
Starting January 2026: Transitioned to using kraft paper mailer boxes. EAN barcode labels corresponding to the products were added, with label specifications of 50 × 30 mm.
After June 2026: All factory-shipped packaging includes a kraft paper mailer box; however, there may still be a small amount of older stock in the warehouse without the mailer box.
Two scenarios you might encounter
Current packaging: The outermost layer is a kraft paper mailer box, which may have product information and EAN barcode labels on the exterior, with the product retail box inside.
Limited older stock: May not have a kraft paper mailer box, and you may receive the product retail box directly, secured by shrink wrap or other shipping protection.
The presence of a mailer box should not be used as the sole basis for authenticity verification. The EAN label is for product identification and warehouse scanning purposes, not an anti-counterfeiting label. Please continue to verify your purchase channel, the condition of the retail packaging seal, and the device initialization status.
