If the OneKey App Prime page does not load the list and shows an error:
For iOS: Ensure the network is stable, check if the App Store is logged in correctly, and switch to the US region or another non-China mainland region before trying again.
For Android: Ensure the network is stable, check if Google Play is logged in correctly, and verify that the Google services framework is loaded properly before trying again.
