The Trade module in the OneKey App aggregates multiple Swap providers, DEX aggregators, and liquidity sources to help you complete same-chain and cross-chain swaps. OneKey fetches available quotes based on your selected network, asset, and amount, displaying details such as estimated received amount, swap route, network fees, slippage, and estimated time.
>Available networks, assets, providers, quotes, and fees may vary depending on market liquidity and service status. Please refer to real-time details on the OneKey App transaction confirmation page.
Supported Swap Providers
OneKey Swap integrates multiple same-chain swap, cross-chain swap, and order-based trading channels. Current channels include, but are not limited to:
Swap Type | Provider / Protocol |
Same-chain swaps | 1inch, 1inch Fusion, 0x, CoW Swap, Panora, Jupiter, OKX DEX, LI.FI, LiquidMesh, Hashflow, DODO |
Cross-chain Swaps | LI.FI, SwapKit, NEAR Intents, Changelly, ChangeHero, XO Swap, SWFT, Houdini, RocketX, HiFiSwap |
Some providers support both same-chain and cross-chain swaps, and therefore appear in multiple categories.
Supported networks, assets, and order amount ranges vary across different providers. After you enter your swap details, the OneKey App returns available channels and quotes based on current market conditions. If a provider does not appear in the quote list, it usually means that the provider does not currently support the selected trading pair or has no available quotes at the moment.
>The list of providers and their supported scope may be adjusted at any time. The list above is neither fixed nor exhaustive; please refer to the actual display in the app.
How to Use OneKey Swap
1. Open the OneKey App and go to Swap on the Trade page.
2. Select the network and asset in the "Pay" section, and select the destination network and asset in the "Receive" section.
3. Enter the swap amount. If the payment and receiving assets are on the same network, the system will match a same-chain swap route; if they are on different networks, the system will automatically match a cross-chain swap route without needing to switch to a separate Bridge menu.
4. Wait for OneKey to retrieve quotes. You can review available providers, estimated received amounts, fees, and estimated completion times, then choose a suitable quote.
5. On the confirmation page, carefully review the paying and receiving assets, networks, receiving address, provider, minimum received amount, slippage, and all fees.
6. If the transaction requires token approval, complete the approval first; then confirm and sign to submit the transaction.
7. After submission, track transaction progress in your transaction history. Cross-chain transactions may require waiting for source chain confirmations and provider processing.
> Before making a cross-chain swap, always ensure that the destination network and receiving address are correct. Some cross-chain channels may have minimum or maximum swap limits, service fees, or refund rules. Please review the details on the confirmation page before signing.
Fee Information
Starting from OneKey App v6.2.0, trade channels charge a unified *0.85% service fee*. Some providers may also charge additional channel fees, cross-chain fees, or other charges; interacting with the blockchain may also incur network fees. Please refer to the trade quotes and the final confirmation page for specific fees and estimated received amounts.
Service fees and network fees are separate charges. Some eligible transactions may qualify for gas coverage or sponsored network fees, but this does not mean the trading service fee is waived.
FAQs
Q: What is "Slippage"?
During a swap, the execution price may vary due to market volatility. "Slippage" refers to the maximum price fluctuation a user is willing to accept for the transaction to complete. A higher slippage tolerance increases the likelihood of a successful transaction, but it may also cause you to pay more to buy an asset or sell it at a lower price.
Q: Does OneKey App Swap support cross-chain swaps?
Yes, the swap feature in the OneKey App supports cross-chain transactions. You can select your desired destination network from the list of supported networks. OneKey App Swap will optimize your transaction fee rates and select the best cross-chain swap route for you.
Q: Why did my transaction fail?
Your transaction may fail for several reasons, such as network congestion, insufficient miner/gas fees, improper slippage settings, or insufficient liquidity depth. We recommend checking the failure reason, adjusting your settings according to the prompt, and trying again. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team.
Q: Do I still need to pay network fees if the transaction fails?
When executing a swap in the OneKey App, you still need to pay network fees (also known as "miner fees" or "gas fees") even if the transaction fails. Regardless of success, every transaction must be processed by network validators/miners and broadcast to the blockchain. The network fees you pay compensate miners/validators for their computing resources. To avoid unnecessary costs from failed transactions, we recommend checking network conditions, setting reasonable network fees and slippage tolerance, and ensuring your wallet has sufficient balance to cover network fees before initiating a transaction.
