Hardware Wallet Not Connecting to Windows Computer

If you are using the OneKey App desktop client or browser plugin on Windows to connect your hardware wallet and the device is not recognized, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Check if your device has been upgraded to the latest firmware. For the upgrade process, refer to "Related Reading".

  2. Open the Windows "Device Manager" and check if there is a device starting with "OneKey" under "Universal Serial Bus controllers".

Solution

  1. Openhttps://zadig.akeo.ie/Then click "Zadig 2.9" to download the installation package.

  2. After opening Zadig, click "Options" at the top of the software, select "List All Devices", then choose the device starting with "OneKey Interface" from the device list.

  3. Select "WinUSB" as the driver type and install the USB driver.

  4. After installation, restart your computer to apply the changes.

  5. If you still cannot connect after installing the USB driver, open Windows "Device Manager" again, find the "OneKey Interface" device starting with "OneKey", right-click and select "Uninstall device" to uninstall the USB driver. After that, unplug and replug your hardware wallet, then reconnect it in the OneKey App.
