Before proceeding with the update, ensure that you have accurately written down the recovery phrases for the OneKey hardware wallet that you intend to update.
Update in OneKey Firmware Update Website
Visit the OneKey Firmware Update Website.
Connect your OneKey hardware wallet to your computer. The website will display your wallet's firmware information once it successfully detects the device.
Select the latest firmware version available for your OneKey hardware wallet.
Click "Install Firmware."
A prompt will appear asking for confirmation on your hardware wallet device; proceed by confirming on the device.
Wait for the process to complete successfully.
Update in OneKey App
Navigate to the main dashboard of the OneKey App and click on 「Device」，In the device management interface, click the hardware wallet you want to upgrade to open its details page.
Choose - "Check for updates".
Click the "Update" button to start the firmware update process.
Follow the on-screen instructions and confirm the update on your hardware wallet device.
If the progress gets stuck at 90%-95% and then restarts when updating the software/firmware in the OneKey App, it is recommended to use the OneKey firmware update website (https://firmware.onekey.so/) to connect your computer to the hardware wallet and perform the update again.
