If you find that the battery of your OneKey Pro is draining faster than expected, you can follow these steps to troubleshoot.
1. Check Auto-Lock and Auto-Power-Off settings
First, please confirm that the Auto-Lock and Auto-Power-Off settings are not set to "Never".
If the device screen remains on for extended periods, it will significantly increase battery consumption.
2. Update device firmware and Bluetooth firmware
Please ensure your device is updated to the latest version:
Device firmware version: 4.19.0 or higher
Bluetooth firmware version: 2.3.7 or higher
3. Perform a hard reset
You can perform a hard reset on the device using the following method:
Connect the device to a power source to charge it
Press and hold the power button
Keep holding for about 20 seconds, then release the power button
The device will automatically perform a hard reset.
4. Complete charge and discharge to calibrate battery
It is recommended to perform 1–2 complete charge/discharge cycles:
Use the device until the battery is close to 0%
Charge it back to 100%
A complete charge/discharge cycle can calibrate the device's battery meter and correct any potential battery display discrepancies.
Normal battery life reference
Under the following conditions:
Device is fully charged
Default screen brightness
Screen is continuously on (not dimmed/off)
The OneKey Pro can be used continuously for about 100 minutes. If the device is powered off at full charge, it will typically retain power if turned on again within 1 month.
