Resource File Upgrade Process
1. Enter Board Mode on Touch
Connect OneKey Touch to your computer using a data cable. Visit (Chrome browser) the OneKey Firmware Upgrade page.
Click
Enter Board Modeon the page → Swipe to confirm on the Touch screen → Boardloader mode should look like the attached image below.
2. Delete the Res Folder on OneKey Touch
For Mac users:
Open Finder and select the disk:
ONEKEY DATA.Keyboard shortcut
⌘ + Shift + .to show hidden files.Drag the
resfolder in ONEKEY DATA to the Trash and make sure to permanently delete it from the Trash.
For Windows users:
Open
ONEKEY DATAin File Explorer.Show hidden files:
Permanently delete the
resfolder (use keyboard shortcut Shift + Delete) in ONEKEY DATA.
3. New Res Folder
Download from OneKey GitHub releases: [Resource File v4.10.0]
Unzip the downloaded package, rename the folder to:
res, and keep it in an easily accessible location.
4. Replace Resource Files and Reboot Device
Drag the new
resfolder into ONEKEY DATA.Disconnect OneKey Touch after the new
resfolder has finished transferring to ONEKEY DATA.Press and hold the device power button for 10 seconds to reboot the device. OneKey Touch rewrites the internal resources to version 4.9.1 in preparation for the next firmware update.
Firmware Upgrade Process
1. Download Firmware
Download from OneKey GitHub releases and save it to your desktop or an easily accessible folder: [Firmware File v4.10.0]
2. Upgrade
Connect OneKey Touch to your computer. Via Google Chrome browser, visit: OneKey Firmware Upgrade page.
Select
Local File→ Choose the.binfile you just saved as the specific upgrade file.Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade (approximately 3-8 minutes). Ensure a stable connection for the upgrade page and data cable.
