Trouble shooting: failed to connect OneKey devices to OneKey App via Bluetooth

If you've recently upgraded the Bluetooth firmware on your OneKey hardware wallet and are experiencing issues pairing it with the OneKey App, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and remove the OneKey hardware wallet from the list of paired devices.
  2. Open the OneKey App and remove the previously connected OneKey device from the hardware wallet connection list.

After completing these steps, try pairing the OneKey device with the OneKey App again.
