Reset OneKey App

If managing your OneKey App has become complex or it's running slowly due to an excess of imported wallets, you can reset it to its default settings by following these steps.

Data Backup

  • Ensure you've securely backed up the mnemonic phrases for all wallets imported into the OneKey App.

Reset App

  • Open the OneKey App and click on "Menu".
  • Select "Reset App" under the "Security" section to prompt a confirmation dialog.
  • Enter RESET in the dialog box and confirm by clicking "Delete".
  • Wait a moment, and the OneKey App will be reset to the default.
