In this tutorial, we will walk you through the process of connecting your OneKey hardware wallet to Rabby Wallet, both on the browser extension and the desktop client. Once connected, your private key remains securely stored in the OneKey device. Before getting started, ensure that you have connected your OneKey hardware wallet to your computer.
Connecting OneKey to Rabby Wallet
* Ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Rabby extension client.
- Click the extension and select Connect Hardware Wallets.
- Choose OneKey.
- During the initial setup, you will be required to set a password, which is designed to unlock your Rabby wallet extension.
- Set the password as instructed. If you have set it up before, this step will be automatically skipped.
- Wait for the loading process to be completed and input the PIN code on your device to unlock it. If you have already unlocked it, wait for a moment.
- If the loading progress is stuck at 99% or encounters any issues, try unplugging and re-plugging the device to resolve the problem.
- Once the loading is complete, choose the wallet address you wish to add to the Rabby wallet, then click Done to complete the import process.
- Go back to the extension interface where you can check and verify the imported wallet address and its corresponding balance.
Connecting OneKey to Rabby Desktop Client
* Ensure that you have installed the latest version of the Rabby extension client.
- Choose OneKey for the initial setup of your Rabby desktop client.
- Click on the "Wallet" icon located in the upper right corner to initiate the connection process.
- Wait for the loading process to be completed and input the PIN code on your device to unlock it. If you have already unlocked it, wait for a moment.
- If the loading progress is stuck at 99% or encounters any issues, try unplugging and re-plugging the device to resolve the problem.
- Once the loading is complete, choose the wallet address you wish to add to the Rabby wallet, then click Enter Rabby to complete the import process.
- Confirm that the wallet has been successfully imported.
