OneKey Mini Hardware Wallet

Operation method: Press and hold the lock screen button of OneKey Mini while inserting the data cable to connect to the computer, then you can enter BootLoader mode.

OneKey Classic Hardware Wallet

Operation method: Press and hold the power button and the down button at the same time, do not release them until the screen displays "power on..." (booting up). Release the power button at this point to enter BootLoader mode.

OneKey Touch Hardware Wallet

Operation method: Click "Settings" - "About Device" - "System Update" - "Restart" to enter the update mode.
