Connection

The OneKey Mini is a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 compatible device. The device comes with a Type-C socket port on the bottom of the device.

Other communication methods, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and even fingerprint readers, have been intentionally excluded to limit the possible attack surface.

Hardware Components

CPU
The OneKey Mini uses a 168 MHz ARM Cortex-M3 processor and custom software.

Screen
The use of a color TFT screen (128x128 pixels) on the OneKey Mini provides enough space to comfortably display transaction details, confirmation requests, warnings, and even simple images. The screen is an essential tool that allows users to reliably check the legitimacy of incoming data without having to trust the host device (i.e., computer or phone).

Buttons
OneKey Mini uses four buttons to receive confirmation from the user. The need for physical confirmation has been implemented to protect accounts from the vast majority of remote attacks.

Operating conditions and maintenance

Operating Temperature
OneKey devices can operate reliably over a temperature range of -20°C to +60°C (-4°F to +140°F).

Do not attempt to force open or disassemble the enclosure. Do not expose your OneKey to extreme temperatures, fire, water, sand, steam, humidity or chemicals. The device is not waterproof or impenetrable.

Safety and Certifications
OneKey devices are CE and RoHS certified, so they meet all quality, reliability and environmental standards. x-rays will not harm your device, making it suitable for travel by air.

OneKey Classic

Housing, dimensions and materials

The OneKey Classic measures approximately 86 × 52 × 5.2 (mm) and weighs 20.5 g. The case is made of professionally engineered reinforced plastic for durability and is secured with a carabiner.

Connection

The OneKey Classic is a USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 compatible device. The device features a Type-C jack port on the bottom of the device. It also supports communication with the OneKey App via Bluetooth encrypted communication.
