Scenario 1: Failed to Connect to the Hardware Wallet
- Restart the OneKey App and OneKey hardware device.
- Go to "Bluetooth" in the phone settings.
- Unpair the hardware wallet device.
- Open the OneKey App and re-pair the hardware wallet device.
Scenario 2: No Response During Use, Check if the OneKey Device is Locked
- Press any key on the OneKey device. If the PIN input page appears, it means the hardware device is locked.
Scenario 3: Unable to Find the Hardware Wallet Device
- Ensure that the Bluetooth on the hardware device is turned on. Refer to 👉 Identifying whether the hardware wallet bluetooth is turned on
Scenario 4: OneKey Pro Has Enabled Air Gap Mode
- If OneKey Pro has enabled Air Gap mode, the hardware device's USB and Bluetooth will be unavailable.
- Disable Air Gap mode to connect normally.
Scenario 5: OneKey App is an Old Version and Does Not Support Hardware Device Connection
- OneKey Pro may encounter connection issues with an old version of the OneKey App because the old version does not support OneKey Pro's related features. Update the OneKey App to the latest version to connect normally.
