OneKey Prime Terms

OneKey Prime is a voluntary subscription service that provides access to enhanced features for all users of the OneKey. Users have the option to purchase an monthly or annual OneKey Prime subscription.

This agreement is available in multiple language versions. In the event of any discrepancies in interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

 

1. THE SCOPE OF ONEKEY PRIME SERVICES

The features offered as part of the OneKey Prime subscription are outlined on the official OneKey App. We may occasionally enhance the subscription by adding new benefits. However, certain features might be discontinued if legal or technical challenges arise. Furthermore, some features could eventually be made available to all OneKey Prime users at no additional cost.

Additionally, based on operational needs, we reserve the right to terminate the OneKey Prime service at any time. To protect your interests, we will provide prior notice before discontinuation. If the termination involves issues such as data export or retrieval, we will implement appropriate measures to ensure your rights are safeguarded.

 

2. AVAILABILITY

Before using OneKey Prime, you must have a OneKey ID account. OneKey ID is typically registered with your email address, and all subscription services will be linked to this email. Please ensure the security of your email account, as any compromise or theft of the email may affect your access to the services.

OneKey Prime services are accessible through the OneKey app (Mobile and Desktop), web, and browser extensions.

OneKey is committed to providing uninterrupted access to its services for all users. However, there may be instances where technical difficulties temporarily disrupt the availability of our services, including OneKey Prime features. In such cases, OneKey will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses caused by the temporary unavailability of OneKey Prime services.

 

3. DIFFERENT PLANS

OneKey will introduce various subscription plans as needed, allowing users to choose freely. Users can also upgrade or downgrade their plans based on their individual needs. The specific plans and upgrade/downgrade policies are subject to the latest information displayed in the app.

 

4. PAYMENT, TAXES and REFUNDS

You can freely choose your preferred payment method within the app. We offer various options, including but not limited to: In-app purchase, web payments, and cryptocurrency payments. Depending on the plan you select, you may need to bear additional costs such as currency conversion fees, network fees or tax fee. Specific details will be displayed during the payment process.

You can request a refund, based on your payment method.

- For payments made through app stores (e.g., Apple App Store), refund requests will be evaluated by the respective app store team. The OneKey team does not have the authority to decide whether the refund request will be accepted.
- For payments made via the web or cryptocurrency, you can cancel their subscription and request a refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting OneKey Support.

Please note that OneKey does not guarantee all refund requests will be approved, as this depends on the specific reason for the refund.

 

5. TERM

The validity period of OneKey Prime depends on the plan you purchase, as displayed in the app.

 

6. TERMINATION POLICY

Violation of OneKey's Terms of Service or misuse of OneKey Prime Services may lead to temporary or permanent suspension from OneKey Prime Services without compensation or the rejection of a refund request if the customer cancels their subscription.

OneKey reserves the right to terminate subscriptions at any time due to external circumstances beyond its control or legal obligations.
