Speed up Transactions
If the priority fee set when submitting the transaction is too low, or if the network fees suddenly surge after submission, it will cause your transaction to take longer to be confirmed. If you want to complete the transaction as soon as possible, you need to manually accelerate the transaction.
Taking an Ethereum transaction as an example, the same applies to other networks.
- On the wallet homepage, click "History" to enter the transaction history page.
- Transactions that are now in a pending confirmation state can be viewd.
-
Click "Speed Up" to enter the "Custom" page.
-
You can manually enter the value you wish to submit.
-
Confirm the submission, and wait a moment for completion. If it is still not successful, try again by increasing the transaction fee.
Cancel Transactions
In the event of network congestion during transactions, if your transaction is not being included in a block by miners, you can cancel the transaction through the interface by following these steps:
- Click on "History" to enter the transaction history page.
- Locate the transaction order that is pending confirmation and click "Cancel."
- Confirm the change in transaction fees, then click "Confirm."
- After submission, wait for a moment until the process is completed. If it is still unsuccessful, you can click "Speed up cancellation."
FAQs
Not necessarily. Whether your transaction is included in a block by miners depends on the current network congestion. However, OneKey App will automatically recommend appropriate acceleration fees based on network conditions to help your transaction be confirmed on the blockchain quickly.
