Dear OneKey Users,
As we continue to provide you with better services, we are optimizing and upgrading our product lines. As part of this optimization, we will gradually sunset the OneKey Card service. We understand the impact this may have on you, so we will ensure the safety of all user funds, which can be withdrawn or refunded at any time. Here is the detailed schedule:
Sunsetting Timeline

| Phase 1 | SEP 30, 2024 |
Users can continue to spend and withdraw funds as usual. Registration and top-up features will be discontinued. |
| Phase 2 | OCT 31, 2024 |
All cards will be automatically removed by the system. Card balances will be transferred to your OneKey Card wallet, where they can be withdrawn to an exchange account or a Web3 address anytime. |
| Phase 3 | JAN 31, 2025 |
The OneKey Card service will be fully discontinued. |

➛ User Withdrawals

- Withdrawal of funds will continue to be supported even if this requires extending the service period. Your ability to withdraw funds will be ensured.
➛ Refunds for Purchases

- Any future refunds from card purchases will be directly deposited into your OneKey Card wallet.
➛ Invitation/Referral Rewards

- For users with invitation rewards, these will be credited to your OneKey Card wallet by October 31, 2024.
➛ Refunds for Paid Upgrades

- Users who paid for an upgrade will receive a prorated refund based on the following formula, to be credited to their OneKey Card wallet by October 31, 2024:

Refund amount = Upgrade fee - Discount enjoyed - (Months used at upgraded level × Upgrade fee / 24)

- If you have mistakenly deposited tokens, we will continue to assist with the refund process. Please submit a support ticket if you have any questions.
