What to do if the app doesn't receive notifications?

OneKey App provides a notification feature that allows you to stay informed about the latest transaction updates, such as whether a transfer has been completed or a Swap transaction has been successful, and to keep an eye on significant fluctuations of your favorite cryptocurrencies

What you'll need

  • Update your OneKey app to 5.2.0 or later

Process

Extension Desktop Mobile

Enable OneKey app's notifications

  • Open the OneKey app, go to "Settings" > "Notifications", and toggle the "Allow Notifications" switch to ON;

 

Enable Notification Permissions for the OneKey Chrome Extension

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three-dot menu (⋮) in the upper right corner.
  2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on “Privacy and security.”
  4. Click on “Site Settings.”
  5. Scroll down and click on “Notifications.”
  6. Find the “OneKey” extension in the list of allowed or blocked websites.
  7. If “OneKey” is in the blocked list, click on the site’s entry to open the permission settings.
  8. Set the notifications permission to “Allow.”

 

Ensure that system notifications for Chrome are enabled

  1. Open the “Settings” app on your computer.
  2. Go to “System” and then “Notifications & actions.”
  3. Find “Google Chrome” in the list of apps and toggle the switch to ON.
