This tutorial guides you through importing an existing wallet from MetaMask to OneKey app.
1. Get Ready
Have your MetaMask wallet and OneKey App ready.
2. Find the Recovery Phrases in MetaMask
Click here to navigate to the menu in MetaMask extension for account management.
3. Proceed to Account Details
Click here to proceed to your account details.
4. View Account Details
Click "Account Account details" to view and manage your account details.
5. Reveal Secret Recovery Phrase
Click "Secret Recovery Phrase" to access your wallet's secret recovery phrase.
6. Confirmations on MetaMask
Click "Get started" to view recovery phrases.
7. Answer Questions from MetaMask
Read the reminders on MetaMask and answer the questions.
8. Proceed and Reveal Phrases
Click "Continue" to move forward with the recovery steps.
9. Answer Questions from MetaMask
Read the reminders on MetaMask and answer the questions.
10. Confirm Recovery Step
Click "Continue" to confirm and proceed.
11. Enter Extension Passcode
Put in extension passcode and confirm the action.
12. Continue to the Final Step
Click "Continue" to proceed to the final step.
13. Tap to Reveal Phrases
Click here to reveal the recovery phrases on MetaMask.
14. Copy Recovery Phrase
Click "Copy to clipboard" to copy your secret recovery phrase for backup purposes.
15. Move onto OneKey App
Move to the OneKey app for the following steps.
16. Open OneKey's Account Management
Click "Account" on the top left corner in OneKey to view and manage your wallet accounts within OneKey.
17. Add New Wallet
Click "+" to add a new wallet to your OneKey app
18. Import Existing Wallet
Click "Import existing wallet" to start importing a wallet you already own.
19. Select Import Method
Click "Import phrase or private key" to choose your preferred method for wallet import.
20. Proceed With Import
Enter your recovery phrases from MetaMask into OneKey App by the right order.
