Deposit hasn't arrived?

If your transaction has not arrived, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot. If the issue persists, contact our support team for further assistance.

  1. Verify the address: Ensure that the wallet address entered during withdrawal is correct and properly formatted.For example, mainnets such as Solana and Cosmos are case-sensitive.

  2. Verify the network: Check whether you selected the correct blockchain network, and make sure your OneKey App is switched to the corresponding mainnet.


  3. Copy the transaction hash [TXID] and view it on a blockchain explorer (for example, OKLINK).



    “Success” – The transaction has been successfully broadcast to the blockchain.

    “Pending” – The network is congested or gas fees are insufficient; please wait for confirmation.

    “Failed” – The transaction was rejected and will usually be refunded to your account.

  4. If the transaction cannot be found, it means it has not been broadcast to the blockchain.Please contact your exchange’s customer support for help.
