OneKey Hardware Wallet Setup Guide for Tron Multi-Signature

Updated today

1.Use the OneKey built-in browser to open Tronscan.io and connect the wallet. In the dropdown menu on the top right, click on "Permissions" to enter the permission settings page.

Click "Edit Permissions" to start editing✍️

2.On the page, you will see two options: Owner Permission and Active Permission.

  • Owner Permission: The highest level of permission, allowing users to manage all permission settings of the account.

  • Active Permission: Used to control specific operations related to the Tron account.

By setting the Threshold value, you define how many signatures are required for authorization to execute the operation.

🌟 In the above image, I set the signers to 2, so you need to add another signer address in the "Address" section below. Weight represents the weight of each signer. For example, if a transaction requires authorization from five signers, and the five addresses have weights of "1, 1, 2, 2, 1", the total weight of the signatures must sum to "5" to complete the transaction.

3.After setting it up according to your needs, click "Save" and pay the transaction fee to complete the setup.
