Returns & Warranty Policy

As the items fall under personal privacy information, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. In case of product quality issues, customer service will verify the problem and request the destruction of the original item, and then send a brand new device. The product comes with a one-year warranty, excluding man-made damage.

Consumers are solely responsible for all information they provide when placing an order, including but not limited to the recipient's name, contact information, shipping address, and tax ID. Any losses incurred due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information resulting in failed delivery, returns, loss, or destruction shall be borne by the consumer.

If the order involves tax ID declaration requirements (e.g., Brazilian CPF), the recipient's name must exactly match the provided CPF. Our company shall not be held responsible for any package detained by customs, returned, or destroyed due to a mismatch between the name and the tax ID.
